Single-Family Real Estate
Currently, one of the more exciting asset classes we’re looking at would be the single-family rental market. We believe people want to live in homes, but do not want to pay the inflated prices for home maintenance and increasing insurance premiums.
Car Washes
Car washes in high-traffic areas where there is either value add or current positive cashflow.
Multi-Family
While there are many options in muti-family properties. We’re looking for smaller (sub 30 unit) buildings with greater than 60% occupancy. Ideally, looking for forced appreciation properties in areas with positive population growth. College towns, military installations, and manufacturing areas are preferred.
